The proliferation of data has led to huge amount of scope and potential in extracting the information and thereby making decisions for running the business. The source of these data is mainly from the Social networking platforms. the users who generate their data requires their privacy to be protected along with their data. The current development in India like digital India initiatives encompass huge amount and variety of applications that include a large base of users. This STTP will cover the various challenges in securing the privacy of users and data. it will also encompass a hands-on session using Linux kali to configure the systems to protect from data theft and privacy preserving.
